Updates to term set labels will not be automatically reflected in a connected flow or app.Guest user accounts can't view or retrieve drop-down list information in connector operations.That way the concurrency option will be disabled during the re-import of the flow. To workaround this issue, please export the flow and edit the JSON file to remove the "concurrency control" part.
